LAS VEGAS, NV, Jun. 14, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MedChannels, a state of Ohio limited liability corporation, has launched the deployment of its highly-anticipated TrialPro Clinical Trial Management System. From investigative site recruitment to e-submission, TrialPro is a complete information platform for electronic data management of the entire clinical trial process. Advanced, flexibly-implemented modules include:

· Project Management: Used in managing the complexity of large projects such as clinical trials including scheduling, cost control and budget management, resource allocation, collaboration software, communication, quality management and documentation or administration systems.

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM): 1) Front office operations - Direct interaction with customers, e.g. face to face meetings, phone calls, e-mail, online services etc., 2) Back office operations - Operations that ultimately affect the activities of the front office such as billing, maintenance, planning, marketing, advertising, finance, manufacturing, etc., 3) Business relationships - Interaction with other companies and partners, such as suppliers/vendors and retail outlets/distributors, industry networks, lobbying groups, trade associations, etc., and 4) Analytics - Key CRM data can be analyzed in order to plan target-marketing campaigns, conceive business strategies, and judge the success of CRM activities like market share, number and types of customers, revenue, profitability, etc.).

· Accounting/Payroll/ERP: For the planning of how business resources (materials, employees, customers etc.) are acquired and moved from one state to another. MedChannels' ERP system is a business support system that maintains in a single database the data needed for a variety of business functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Financials, Projects, and Human Resources.

· Scheduling: A calendaring component that allows staff to create and track both scheduled and unscheduled subject visits.
